The lady from the fancy bridal shop in Winter Park called again this week. Luckily, I was not home to answer the phone. She called to say that the store was having a designer showcase that included the dress that “you loved when you were in our store” and the dress would be 10 percent off.
So that would make it…just about $4,000.
The consultant invited me back to the store to try on the dress again. But if I couldn’t make it, not to worry — they could take my deposit over the phone.
Lucky me.
